Jason Amaral is managing director of Emeraldwise. Jason offers over 15 years of consulting and operational experience with a focus on product development outsourcing and offshoring, and supply chain management. Jason's experience includes Booz & Company, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, and Alcan. Formerly on the faculty of The Wharton School, Jason has published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review.

Geoffrey Parker is a partner at Emeraldwise, a professor at Tulane University, Director of the Tulane Energy Institute, and a visiting research scientist at MIT. Cofounder of the theory of "two-sided" networks, Geoff's work focuses on the economics of platform markets, the integration of outsourced knowledge work, and the design and performance of energy markets. He has published widely, including Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, and Management Science.
